Andrew Foreman

Andrew Foreman is a successful businessman and entrepreneur in a range of sectors with a proven track record of business start-up, development, management buy-outs, acquisitions, also restructuring with profitable exits.


Andrew Foreman became a market leader in the modular and portable building industry starting in the late 1980's when he established Foremans Relocatable Building Systems Ltd. The business was sold to Portakabin in early 2000, the market sector leaders, in a multi million pound deal. Andrew Foreman remaines the owner of the factory and industrial land and leases to Portakabin / Shepherd Group.


Andrew Foreman then established Interlink Building Systems Ltd with a successful proven management team

who focused on manufacturing and hire of modular buildings. The company became market leader with circa £50m turnover. The company was sold for £32m to WACO, a South African group in 2004. Andrew Foreman retained ownership in the commercial factories and industrial land on long term leaseholds.


Andrew Foreman also has interests in 8 factories and industrial land along with various housing, leisure developments and aviation. Andrew Forman is the founder of the Catfoss Group of companies who are currently developing eco friendly commercial solutions.


Due to a personal passion of the Chairman, the Group also owns the Beverley Polo Club & equestrian facilities on the 110 acre country house estate at the family home Tickton Hall, Beverley, East Yorkshire. The estate is also available for hire for concerts / music festivals & general events.

Non-Executive Director

Ian Roundell

Ian Roundell has over 20 years of experience within the global financial services industry, the majority of which was spent operating directly with institutional fund managers and the capital markets. He is a partner at Shirlaws Group, a portfolio of companies that advise private enterprise on how to grow, fund and exit their business.


Ian’s career includes senior finance roles at Barclays, Fortis and Credit Suisse, most notably he was Head of Finance for Barclays Wealth and has nearly 15 years of experience heading up Investor Relations at these institutions. Most recently he was the Global Head of Investor Relations for Credit Suisse based in Zurich and was a member of their Group Finance Executive Committee. He is also a qualified chartered accountant.


Operations Director

Ben Foreman

Ben joined the group 2004 and is now at the forefront of Commercial Modular Refurbishment/Recycling Operations managing sale and hire of multi-million pound contracts in both the private and public sectors across the UK. The companies ethos towards supply of eco solutions, not only reduces carbon omissions for the planet, it also helps reduce delivery times & budgets.


Purchased Dec 2012 a going concern business now trading as Catfoss Cabin Hire Ltd. Hiring and selling cabins with a fleet of 1500 cabins operating from 3 sites in the UK.


Responsibilities include:-


  • Managing the day to day running of the business and overseeing the 3 sites


Jonathan Houlston MRICS

Jonathan joined the Catfoss Group in the summer of 2012 heading up Catfoss Eco Modular Living dealing with the manufacture of bespoke modular solutions for the commercial and residential sectors. Catfoss Eco Modular Living has since attracted major PLC clients including Greggs, Seven Trent, Shell and Capita Symonds. He is a chartered surveyor and a former commercial developer who delivered over 1.2m sq ft of office accommodation between 2001-2008 before entering into the offsite construction sector where he was CEO of Eco Estates delivering bespoke modular solutions for the education and commercial sectors.

Design & Architect Manager

Mark Green

Yrs of Industry Experience – 12


Having held several design roles Mark was awarded Associate Director level at his previous practice DLA Architecture. Mark has been heavily involved with major projects such as the role out of Devere groups Village Hotel brand each in excess of £18 million contract value and the conceptual design of the now completed 24 million pound LG Arena at the Birmingham NEC site. Mark’s main focus within the business is to interpret the clients initial brief into workable concept designs. Mark is an associate member of BIDA (British Interior Design Association) and holds a BA Hons Degree in Spatial Design and Planning.

Marketing & PR Director

Britt O'Sullivan

Britt O'Sullivan has 20 years Marketing and Brand experience in Retail, IT and Finance sectors globally.

Specialising in taking new products to market for Unisys and Barclays Bank PLC across EMEA and emerging markets.


Britt joined the Catfoss Group in 2008 and has experience across the marketing mix creating lead generation campaigns that contribute to business growth. Britt and her team provide marketing strategies and product launch programs in London for new eco building products for leisure & housing & student accommodation sectors for the Catfoss Group of companies. 

PA & HR Management

Deborah Medforth

Deborah Medforth is PA to Andrew Foreman, also heading up HR for the group working closely with external HR consultants. Deborah has over 25 years of business experience and is also jointly responsible for internal procedures on health and safety and staff matters developing the staff infrastructure growth for the Catfoss Group of companies.

The Group's development portfolio consists of three leisure & residential sites in Scotland, England & Wales consisting of over 1000 acres of development land with full planning permission ready to develop under

F&P Developments Ltd.

Andrew Foreman, Chairman of Catfoss Group Holdings Limited started his first company at the Catfoss Aerodrome a former WWII site in East Yorkshire in 1994.

Foremans Relocatable Systems, bought, refurbished, and sold a range of portakabin modular buildings.
Due to the success of Foremans Relocatable Systems Ltd and a sale of the business to the Shepherd Group, Mr Foreman expanded the land and factory portfolio in East Yorkshire to establish his second company, Interlink Ltd, manufacturing new modular buildings which he then went onto sell to Waco UK Ltd.
Mr Foreman retained the land and factories and now the group owns over 100 acres of industrial factories and land accommodating Blue Chip companies and manufacturing facilities assisting the Catfoss Group of Companies.

Since this time Mr Foreman has been involved in a number of business start-ups, management buy-outs and acquisitions with profitable exits.

In 2009 Catfoss Group Holdings Limited entered into a partnership creating Catfoss Recruitment – a leading specialist agency in construction and technical resources. Catfoss Recruitment are based in Northampton and service the public and private sectors.

In 2011 Eco Modular Living entered into partnerships across the UK and now commands one of the largest joint manufacturing capabilities for homes, lodges, student accommodation, hotels and general commercial buildings.

Catfoss Group Holdings Limited is currently working with private international investors to assist in group development and are currently looking at joint ventures for product and development projects

Andrew Foreman is actively in negotiations with international private investment individuals and funds and would welcome any interest from outside investment / investors to assist delivery of new product ranges and development projects.
