Grand Designs Live 2011 saw the launch of Eco Modular Livings New England style beach house with a debut of 'The Pampelonne' beach house...

The latest eco home from Eco Modular Living is the The New England style beach house built using Structurally Insulated Panels (SIP), incorporating energy efficient lighting systems, water saving devices and other energy efficient products all achieving code 4/5 criteria of the Code for Sustainable Homes.

The building method integrates a galvanized steel frame floor module with BBA certified SIP, offering a minimum 60 year lifespan in line with traditional building practice and meeting full current British Building Regulations.

Unlike the traditional construction methodology, Eco Modular Living have created a revolutionary approach to building homes simply in the fact that they can be recycled and can have more than one life. At any point in time the structure can be removed from its existing site, refurbished and recited anywhere in the UK and could incorporate a change of use.

Each home can be designed and delivered within 6-8 weeks with installation and

commissioning within 48 hours.

On leaving the factory the Beach House is transported on two wide load lorries to its designated location and the kettle could be on in 48 hours. This is infinitely faster than traditional construction methodology. The homes are manufactured in Yorkshire, with factory capacity of large roll-outs.
